Jumbo reels of virgin tissue are converted on dedicated lines that emboss, laminate, perforate, fold or rewind and cut the tissue into napkins, rolls, towels and facial tissue, followed by hygienic packing.

Sugarcane bagasse pulp is moulded under heat and pressure in precision moulds, then trimmed, inspected and shrink packed. No plastic lining is used in the product.

Thermal coated paper jumbo rolls are slit to width, rewound to the required length on cores, checked for print quality and shrink wrapped before carton packing.

Our converting and moulding lines use modern machinery for consistent cutting, folding, rewinding and moulding, supported by trained operators and quality staff.

Finished goods are sealed in poly packs, shrink wraps, printed boxes or paper wraps and stored in corrugated cartons in a dry warehouse.

Virgin tissue paper is made from fresh pulp fibre rather than recycled waste paper, giving a cleaner, softer and whiter sheet.

Virgin pulp offers better hygiene, softness, brightness and consistency, which is important for products that touch food, faces and skin.

We use napkin grade tissue for napkins and multi-fold tissue, toilet grade for bath tissue, towel grade for kitchen towels and facial grade for facial tissue.

Napkin grade is designed for strength and absorbency at the table, while facial grade is softer and smoother for use on the face.

Towel grade tissue is designed for higher absorbency and wet strength, making it suitable for kitchen towels and hand drying.

Bagasse is the fibrous residue left after sugarcane is crushed to extract juice. It is a renewable agricultural by product used to mould plates, bowls and containers.

Yes. Bagasse is plant fibre and is biodegradable. Under composting conditions it breaks down far faster than plastic or thermocol.

Yes. White Orchid bagasse tableware is compostable and can be processed with organic waste in suitable composting systems.

Our bagasse products are made from sugarcane fibre, which reduces dependence on wood based pulp.

Bagasse tableware can generally be used for short microwave reheating. Avoid direct flame, open grills and conventional oven use.

Bagasse containers can generally be used for short term chilled or frozen storage. Keep them dry after thawing.

Our thermal rolls use 48 GSM thermal coated paper that is 100% BPA free.

BPA (Bisphenol A) is a chemical used in some thermal coatings. BPA free paper avoids it, which is better for cashiers and customers who handle receipts often.

White Orchid A4 copy paper is 80 GSM.

GSM means grams per square metre. It indicates paper weight and thickness; higher GSM generally means a heavier, sturdier sheet.

Our standard tissues are plain, unscented virgin tissue. Special requirements can be discussed for private label projects.

Our tissues are bright white virgin grades sourced from established pulp and tissue suppliers.

We source tissue, thermal paper and bagasse pulp from established suppliers, with incoming checks on each lot.

Ply is the number of tissue layers in a sheet. More ply usually means a thicker, softer and stronger sheet.

Toilet rolls are available in 1 ply (Eco), 2 ply (Comfort 350 and Comfort 500) and 3 ply (Super Soft).

Kitchen towels come in 1 ply (Extra Absorbent), 2 ply (Comfort) and 3 ply (Deluxe).

Glue lamination bonds the plies and roll with an adhesive so the roll stays firm and the layers do not separate.

Glue laminated towels are produced for kitchen use under our ISO 22000 and GMP practices.

Yes. Moulded bagasse resists oil and water from typical meals for normal serving and delivery times.

Napkins are available in 25 x 25 cm (Bar), 30 x 30 cm (Classic), 33 x 33 cm (Premium Dinner) and 38 x 38 cm (Party).

All White Orchid toilet rolls have 10 x 10 cm sheets, with 350 or 500 sheets per roll depending on the variant.

Kitchen towel sheets are 27.5 x 15 cm, with 50 or 120 sheets per roll.

Facial tissue sheets are 18 x 20 cm in 2 ply.

We offer the Car Tissue Box (100 pulls), Premium Box Tissue (200 pulls), Cube Tissue Box (100 pulls) and a 100 pull refill pack.

Yes. Most export orders are shipped by sea in 20 ft or 40 ft containers from Indian ports such as Mundra, Pipavav or Nhava Sheva.

Marine insurance is included under CIF terms. Under FOB and C&F, the buyer usually arranges insurance.
